Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on [enter relevant date].

We at [enter organization / business name] are working to make our site [enter site name and  address] accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

We are committed to making our services accessible and usable for all customers, regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance.

1. Our Commitment

We want everyone who visits or interacts with South East Scaffolding to have an accessible and positive experience. This includes:

  • Access to information about our services in multiple formats (website, phone, email, WhatsApp).

  • Clear communication and assistance for customers with different accessibility needs.

  • Ensuring our website is designed to meet widely recognised accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines where possible).

2. Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Use plain, clear language wherever possible.

  • Provide alternative contact methods, including phone and email, for customers who cannot use WhatsApp or web forms.

  • Aim to make our website navigable by screen readers and compatible with assistive technologies.

  • Regularly review our digital content to identify and resolve accessibility issues.

3. WhatsApp & Digital Communications

We use WhatsApp Business as one of our communication channels. To make this accessible:

  • Customers may opt in to receive updates via WhatsApp.

  • Customers who prefer not to use WhatsApp can always contact us via phone or email.

  • We will provide important information (such as quotes, job updates, and invoices) in alternative formats upon request.

4. Limitations & Ongoing Work

While we aim to meet accessibility standards, some content or systems may not yet be fully accessible. Examples may include:

  • Third-party content or platforms beyond our control.

  • Older PDF documents or materials not optimised for screen readers.

We are committed to improving these areas over time.

5. Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback on accessibility and will do our best to provide information in a format that suits your needs.
